William E. Weiler

William E. "Bill" Weiler was born March 27, 1930 in Clay County, IL, the son of Eugene & Marie (Holman) Weiler. He married Berneta Lutz on December 7, 1946. Bill retired from the oilfield industry. He was a Mason, former Clay City school board member of a member of the Clay City United Methodist Church. He enjoyed hunting and was an avid St. Louis Cardinal fan. He is survived by his wife, Berneta and sons, Alan & wife Doris of Maiden, NC, Chris of Clay City, Doug & wife Ruth Ann of Clay City and Mark & wife Joyce of Clay City. His brother Fred Weiler & wife Audrey of Flora, 9 grandchildren,Shari Ezell, Denver, NC; Chad Weiler, Anchorage, AK; Angie Noden, Ft. Collins, CO; Amanda Wilson, St. Louis, MO; Layton Weiler, at home; Joe Bruner, Clay City, IL; Jesteen Weiler, Rinard, IL; Andrea Weiler, Robinson, IL and Sarah Weiler, at home, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters Norma & Anna Mary
