Randall "Randy" Lee Greene, Jr.

Randall "Randy" Lee Greene, Jr., 65, of Olney, Illinois, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at Carle RMH in Olney.

Randy was born October 25, 1958 in Olney, Illinois, the son of Randall Lee, Sr. and Barbara "Bobbie" Jean (Templeton) Greene.

Randy was known to most as Jr or Greasy. He married young, to his soulmate, Sandy. They had three children, Randy, Stacy, and Dusty. Randy provided for his family by working on drilling rigs and over the road trucking for many years. He liked to ride Harley motorcycles and enjoyed the open road.

Randy is survived by his son, Randall Lee (Amy) Greene III of Crawfordville, FL; daughter, Stacy Greene of Effingham, IL; siblings, Sharon Rae Fannings of Olney, Debbie Lomas of Claremont, Louise Hamilton of Lawrenceville, Terry Greene of Arizona, Gary Greene of Colorado, and Mike Greene of Olney; and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Dusty C. Greene.

Cremation Rites will be accorded, and interment will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg, Illinois at a later date.

Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney is assisting the family with arrangements.
