Patricia (Pat) Mae Harrison was born June 21, 1942, the daughter of John and Hazel (Biehl) Harrison in Madelia, Minnesota. They both preceded her in death. THe Harrison family moved to Illinois in 1953. She will always be remembered for her love of photography. She enjoyed taking pictures of flowers, small insects, birds and family pictures. She enjoyed flower gardening and landscaping. Pat was also a very talented artist with her drawings and carvings. Pat had a very special loved for animals, especially dogs, cats and fish in addition to supporting humane causes. Pat worked at Dale’s Printing for several years and went on to open and co-own The Olde Print Shoppe in Olney until her health caused her to retire. Pat was a member of the Eagles, American Legion Auxillary, Photography Club and Backyard Bloomers Club. She loved people and will be sadly missed by family and friends. Pat is survived by her sister, Shirley and husband David Gumbel of Olney; sister, Barbara and husband Melvin Stanley of Mt. Vernon, IL; two nephews, Jeff Gumbel and Rick Stanley, three nieces, Leann Gumbel, Stephanie Rios and Angel Pheonix, their spouses and their five children. Pat will also be missed by her close friends, Carla Marvel of Claremont, IL and Dixie Piper of Olney.
