Joan Marie (Huber) Cunningham

Joan was born at home in rural Ste. Marie December 31, 1927 to Louis and Marie (Culbertson) Huber. She graduated from Newton Community High School, the Class of 1945. She graduated from Illinois Teachers College, later, Eastern Illinois University. She taught for thirty five years, beginning in elementary schools in Jasper County and completed her teaching career after teaching science for twenty years at the East Richland Middle School. Joan was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Olney
