Jo Ann Powden

Jo Ann was the daughter of Allan and Esther (Buthman) Broff. She was area manager for Kentucky Fried Chicken and was a member of Elm Street Christian Church. She is survived by her daughter, Heather Shultz and husband Dewayne of Olney; Brother, Rodger Groff of Olney; Sister, Mary Ellen Hipshear of Hole in Wall, TN; Sister, Betty Lou O'Dowd and husband Matt of Franklin, IL; Brother, David Groff of Claremont, IL; Grandchildren, Sierra Fenton, Braden Nicholson and Kyle Shultz; Several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, infant grandson, Jacob, nephew, Lance Albertson and great niece, Felicia Albertson.
