Janice E. Rennier, 60, of Noble, IL, passed away December 26, 2024 at her home.
Janice was born October 7, 1964 in Greenville, IL, the daughter of James and Doris (Adcock) Callahan. She married Michael W. Rennier on April 12, 1986, and he survives.
Janice worked at Briscoe Surplus Sales in Flora for 39 years. She took pleasure in scrap-booking, playing bingo, live music, collecting quilts, and spoiling her nieces and nephews. Janice also enjoyed traveling and taking trips with her friends and family.
Janice was a devoted mother to her son Kyle. She made every attempt to attend every one of his events and activities. She was also known to be a loving and giving friend. Janice's generosity and fun-loving spirit will be missed by those that knew her best.
Janice is survived by her husband Michael W. Rennier of Noble; son, Kyle J. Rennier of Noble; siblings, Steve Callahan of Clay City; David Callahan of Flora; Joy McKnelly of Flora; Michael Callahan of Clay City; Sara (Darren) Williams of Flora; Joseph Callahan of Eureka, MO; and Judy Shaw of Farmington, MO; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; James and Doris (Adcock) Callahan; brother, Tim Callahan; sister-in-law, Shelley Callahan; and nephew, Adrian Ocegueda.
A visitation will be held for friends and family from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Clay City, followed immediately by her memorial service at 11:00 AM.
Private Interment will take place at Clay City Cemetery at a later date.
Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Clay City has been entrusted with arrangements.
Memorials can be made to Richland County Hope or Clay County Cancer Crusaders.
