Jane Marie Kocher

Jane Marie Kocher, 68, of Olney died peacefully Sunday, May 25 in the afternoon at Brookstone Estates with family by her bedside.

She was born May,1 1957 to the late Ernest and Dorothy (Nix) Kuhl. She married Duane Walter Kocher on September 13, 1975.

She was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her grandchildren were the light of her life.

She is survived by her husband, Duane. Daughter, Beverly (Dave) Gabrel. Son Ryan (Erin) Kocher. Grandchildren Abriana Gabrel (fiancé Wymon Dowell), Makana Gabrel and Ian and Logan Kocher. Sister, Rose Stark. Brothers, Fred (Cheryl Ann) Kuhl, Raymond (Cheryl Rae) Kuhl, and Mike (Lori) Kuhl. Along with many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ernest and Dorothy Kuhl and brother-in-law Dave Stark.

Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney has been entrusted with arrangements.

Visitation will be Friday, May 30, 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Kistler-Patterson funeral home.

Cremation rites will be performed.

Memorials can be made to Carle Center for Philanthropy (Hospice).
