James T Clinton

James T. Clinton was born on July 19, 1920 in Jefferson Co., IL, the son of Carl W. and Maude Marie (Taylor) Clinton. He married Ruth Zerkel on March 30, 1951. He taught Agriculture for 15 years and was the Farm Director broadcaster for WVLN Radio. Jim is a member of the Freedom Baptist Church and was aU.S. Navy veteran who served in the June 6, 1944 Normandy Invasion and was a proud and loving Father, Grandfather & Great Grandfather. He is survived by his wife Ruth, son, Richard L. Clinton & wife Patsy of Noel, MO,daughter,Janice Clinton of Olney, daughter, Brenda Francis & husband Steve of Olney, son, Paul D. Clinton & wife Sherry of Noble, brother, Melvin Clinton of Ina, IL, sister, Roberta England of Lewistown, IL, brother, Tom Clinton of Woodlawn, IL, sister, Betty Baltzell of Ewing, IL and 5 Grandchildren, Eric Francis, David Francis & wife Dawn, Amy Francis, Abigail and Taylor Clinton and 1 Great Grandchild Emmett Francis. He is preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister, Thelma, 1 step-sister, Geneva
