Jake Thomas Kuykendall

Jake Kuykendall, 39, of Washington, IN, formerly of Olney, IL, passed away surrounded by family on August 1, 2025 as a result of injuries sustained in a traffic accident.

Jake was born November 28, 1985 in Vincennes, IN, to parents, Mike and Nancy Kuykendall.

He is survived by his parents, Mike and Nancy Kuykendall of Olney; sister, Jordyn Laughlin and husband Ian of Olney; nephews, Archer and Rhys, and niece, Ellisyn; grandmother, Lyndia Kuykendall; aunt, Bev Norton; uncle, Tom Saxe; and cousins.

Preceded in death by his grandfather, Stuart Kuykendall and grandparents, Duane and Marjorie Saxe.

Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney has been entrusted with arrangements.

Per his wishes there will be no formal services. There will be a private family gathering at a later date.
