Eugene M. Stiff

Eugene M. Stiff was born February 9, 1914, the son of John and Hattie (Hoover) Stiff. He married Theora Williams on February 1, 1941. Mr. Stiff graduated from Olney Township High School in 1932. He was a retired grain and dairy farmer and was awarded the Richland County Conservation of the year award in 1993. He was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church and charter member of the Dundas Ruritan Club. He is survived by his wife, Theora Stiff of Dundas; daugther, Mary Lou Walden and husband Wayne of Mt. Carmel; Grandsons, Chris Walden and wife Allison and Chad Walden and wife Sarah; Three Great Grandchildren, Hadleigh, Ely, and Stella; Brother, Bob Stiff of Olney; Caregivers, Sue Holland and Linda Hanes; Several nieces and a nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Larry Gene, great granddaughters, Teigan and Tinsley Walden and one brother, Elbert.
