Eloise Tompson

March 24, 1920 — January 3, 2012

Eloise Tompson was born on March 24, 1920, the daughter of John and Edna (Stivers) Brown. She married Jack R. Tompson on August 31, 1935. He preceded her in death on April 20, 2005. Eloise was a homemaker and member of Elm Street Christian Church in Olney. She is survived by her son, Jack R. Tompson and wife Sharron of Denver, CO; Daughter, Donna Greenwood and husband Bill of Olney; Son, Douglas Wayne Tompson and wife Janie of Olney; Sister, Elizabeth Fiscus of Olney; Brother, Wayne Brown of Clay City, IL; Brother, Larry Brown of Olney; Eight Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren and many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers- John Edwards, James Thomas, Wilbur, Bobby, Donald, Jack and Dan and sisters- Lorena and Mary. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fall Kids Mall or Hospice of Southeastern Illinois.
