Don Fulk, 84, of Noble, Illinois, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at Helia Healthcare of Olney.
Don was born July 16, 1940 in Noble, Illinois, the son of Dale Fulk and Charlene (Fryman) Fulk. He married Nancy Wiseman, and she preceded him in death August 12, 2022.
Don enjoyed hunting and participating in Ol' Settler Days, where he camped primitively and competed in shooting muzzleloaders and throwing hawks and knives at targets.
Don loved driving Caterpillar and heavy equipment and did it as a career for many years. He was a good family man and took pleasure in spending time with his loved ones.
Don is survived by his brother, Bob Fulk and his wife Reva of Noble; daughters, Daythia Fulk of Noble, Leandra Sullivan of Boonville, Indiana; Kayla Hayes of Dundas; and Michele Walker of Dundas; nephew, Clint Fulk of Noble; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; niece, Tonya Persinger; grandson, Jay Klingler, and son-in-laws, Steven Hayes and Mark Sullivan.
A Graveside Service will be held for Don at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 8, 2024 at Greenhill Cemetery in rural Noble.
Memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney is assisting the family with arrangements.
