Dale Thomas Davis

Dale T. Davis, 27, of Teutopolis, formerly of Richland County, IL passed away on September 30th, 2024 in Effingham, IL.

Dale was born on February 20th, 1997 in Robinson, IL to parents, Samuel Davis and Sheila (Van Matre) Brown.

Dale enjoyed riding motorcycles and playing guitar. He was also a talented artist who enjoyed drawing. Dale loved his dog, Athena, and will be missed by many friends and family. Though Dale's life ended suddenly his legacy will live on through his decision to be an organ donor.

Dale is survived by his father, Samuel Davis and wife Caroline of Olney, mother, Sheila Brown and husband Michael of Sandoval, IL; sister, Aja Sander and her husband, Chris; brother, Ridge Davis; sister, Chassidy Roberts; sister, Crystal Lutz; sister, Elizabeth Reyes; sister, Brandy Bare; brother, Robert Liston; grandparents, Dale and Linda Van Matre. and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Christian Van Matre; grandparents, Jo Ellen Anderson and Dale T. Davis and Dixie and Robert Brown; grandparents.

Visitation times will be held on Monday, October 7th, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home, Olney.

Memorial Services for Dale Davis will be held on Monday, at 4:00 PM at Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home, following the Visitation time.

Memorials in lieu of flowers can be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
