Billy Joe Webb

Billy Joe Webb, 84, of Olney, passed awat on December 2, 2015 at Residence Billy was born June 10, 1931 in Fulton Co., KY to parents Bursie and Pearl (Thomas) Webb  He married Ruth Ann Clark February 14, 1987 in Tennessee. She survives him in death. Survived by Wife, Ruth Webb of Olney Sister, Velda Zimmerly, Seven children, five step-children, 15 grandchildren, and 13 step-grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
