Belva Lee Smith

July 17, 1930 — July 7, 2011

Belva was the daughter of Leo C. & Mary Ellen (Tooley) Eastin. She married Robert L. "Bob" Smith on October 27, 1950. He predeceased her on February 2, 1979. She was a homemaker, had worked at a day care center, the garment factory and for the Summers-Kistler Funeral Homes in Clay City & Flora. She had also been the treasurer for the American Legion, Unit 840. She is survived by her daughter, Janice E. Smith of Clay City, Brother-in-law, Marvin Martin of Clay City, sisters-in-law, Lora Marie Smith, Noble, IL and Lois Eastin of Flora, IL and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, husband, brothers, Franklin D. Eastin, Leo Leon Eastin & Kenneth Wayne Eastin and sister Beulah Keck.
